We have noticed an ever increasing trend of people who get removed from Zoxlist and Zox VIP for petty violations of the rules, especially in Zoxlist - one person gets muted for not naming strings, yet another is allowed to list a “collection” without individual straps being named, as the rules state they should be, and has no consequences from it. People are allowed to sell for their sister or for a friend, but another is removed from both groups, without any warnings, for selling
their own straps that are located with their angel in the US.

Many of us have seen it stated in VIP that the Kuipers brothers wish to move away from Zoxlist associations, and we believe this is the ideal chance to do so. We ask that they turn the group over to the Zoxlist community, and allow us to vote for our own choice of moderators, and write/revise the rules as we see fit. We also request that VIP also has a community vote for moderators, with no overlap with Zoxlist moderators, as well as clear cut measures for what happens when there is a violation of the rules - for example, a warning first, short term muting second, long term muting third, then kicking if all else fails. One of the moderators for both groups stated recently, “kindness is at the heart of Zox”, yet so many people have been kicked out of both groups with barely a warning, and certainly no kindness. It is actually feeling akin to bullying, and that is certainly not a word any of us would use lightly. With many members of both groups being socially isolated, in minority groups, and/or suffering mental health issues, we feel that members in violation of the rules should be given support and understanding, not judgement and bullying.
