There has been a LOT of petty crime, not so petty crime and assaults in our complex. There is also a lot of littering and people not throwing their garbage in the dumpster. There are fights at night, loud dogs barking at night... this place is falling apart. In the 4 years I've lived here, I've never ever seen a security guard. WE NEED BETTER LIGHTING AND CAMERAS AND SECURITY GUARDS THAT ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS. Personally, I have had my vehicle broken into 3 times, damage to my vehicle 4 times, had to walk by stinking piles of garbage... the list is endless. I can't afford to keep replacing tires and other parts on my vehicle. Can you? I have to be super vigilant about my son's toys, I've seen kids walk right in and take them. It never used to be this way. Please sign this petition so our voices can be heard about this place that is failing quickly.
