Swiss army knife?

"Judge" Roger Benitez a federal judge made the decision to overturn the California law on assault rifles. This law has been in place for over 30 years until an onslaught in gun violence. I add quotations to "Judge" Roger Benitez when he compares an AR-15 to a Swiss army knife. It suggests he is compromised. If bribed or deficient he is no way capable to serve. 

 I write this petition knowing that a federal judge will not be removed, but to show the outrage of non gun owners, gun owners, Californianas and a national bipartisan anger.  This serve neither the Democratic gun control advocates, Conservative state rights advocates
