Bradley hospital is a psych facility that’s supposed to be to treat/ help kids with their mental heath. It is rather tragic there the staff are undertrained and it’s like the kids are running the place the doctors tell kids one thing and their parents another someone I known has PTSD bc of his experience here i would like to make some changes to make it a safer place where kids can get actual help such as not doing the same groups everyday, having staff try to help them though it before walking away, and have the aggressive kids in one group and the ones that are there for suicidal ideations in another, venting groups and having more freedoms such as pencils to write with instead of crayons so kids can try and work through their issues I would like overall for staff to be more helpful, have more freedoms and have some groups where kids can let things off their chest I think venting groups might actually improve their stay
