The issue which I have found is that insurance companies are charging to much under the BD post codes. It is a big concern for the people of Bradford as many have licenses but are unable to afford cars due to the costs such as insurance. I do believe that insurance is a necessary component therefore it should be accessible for all people regardless of the cost, therefore my reasoning for this petition is that it is unfair for new driver whom may be safer drivers then older driver as they have got all the relevant experience needed for driving. 
If insurance costs are reduced: 

• we will have more safer drivers on the roads 
• I will cause more job opportunities for people such as Uber eats and just eat drivers 
• people will drive cars which have better maintenance which will result in more efficient road users

please take this petition in to consideration. I am hopeful that together we can make this change for the better of Bradford.
