This topic I have seen effect a lot of men when they have been falsly accused of rape especially when it's been proven in a court system. Idaho's laws are very hard on men who are accused of these crimes and prove their innocence. I have known a few people who have been falsly accused or the couple has been no more then 3 years apart being convicted. Often times, I have seen Idaho have these innocent men lives ruined by having to register still even tho found not guilty and proven innocent. The public often condemns these people before even knowing the facts of the case, ruin reputations, and automatically ask for things like prison rape, being hung, or being castrated. I have seen how it has affected families, friends, and significant others. The damage is devastating. If you have ever known someone that was falsly convicted and no crime to the female who falsly accused them please sign the petition and start holding females accountable for lying about rape. It is an insult to victims who have been sexually assaulted and abused by men and women.
