I am writing to you on behalf of myself as well as my peers. As of today, 12/1/2020, 2 of the lecturers that we have in 2 different courses have fallen sick due to various reasons. I would assume that like most other logical people they, as well as all other staff, have been trying to the best of their abilities to stay at a safe distance from other people as well as staying home when possible. But still, they have fallen sick, and sure it could be a normal case of winter sicknesses, but we won't know. Corona is currently at its peak in Skåne, with government agencies telling you to stay home and not to meet with anyone that you do not meet on a weekly basis until the 13th of December.

I do realize other students have sent similar emails to no avail, but I would like to add that even though I agree that some exams are harder than others to convert to an online format it being hard should not be a factor, this exam will be equivalently hard for us as well. Even though the exam rooms are going to be monitored for distance, you are still gathering 80 students at once at a close enough distance from each other at the campus before they all enter and separate in each exam room. All we want you to consider is that you are potentially putting not only these students but everyone that these students live with at risk for their life just because the exam is "harder to make equivalent to an at the campus exam when it comes to quality, integrity, etc".

We would like to ask you to reconsider the choice to have the exam at the campus in person where we would be split into 10-12 rooms of 7 students + 1 teacher and instead let us do it online where we have previously done an exam that was successful with what I would like to think minimal cheating since 26/83 failed.
If the reasoning behind putting roughly 80 students at risk is solely about cheating, then decreasing the chance of cheating by a margin is worth less than putting 80 students who of some live with at-risk people in danger.  That's just my opinion however so take with a grain of salt.

I don't want to just rant without giving a suggestion. One solution is to have the students have a camera/phone in a zoom call showing the desk and monitor, these zoom calls can be split into however many breakout rooms you need with 1 examiner and whoever many students, this would eliminate the possibility of "google" cheating.
