The LaRosa Boys and Girls Club has been a part of the McKeesport community for over 75 years. Many of our fathers, uncles, friends and even our own kids have benefited from the many important life lessons learned inside of that little building on Ravine Street. From arts and crafts, to music and dance, to sports and academics, the Boys and Girls Club has made a positive impact on the lives of thousands of kids in our community.

taking the Boys and Girls Club out of McKeesport will be detrimental to our kids. Aside from physical and academic enrichment, the club offered our kids a safe place to grow and be nurtured. It allowed the older kids the chance at a job, while teaching them to contribute positively to the community and be role models for the younger kids.

While COVID may have impacted the club, we have no doubt that once things return to “normal” things on Ravine Street will also return to normal. The kids in this community need “The Club” more than people know. The youth of our community deserve to benefit from what the club offers.
