Eddie Howe, a man that is well known as Mr AFC Bournemouth, his time has unfortunately come to a end as manager of AFC Bournemouth but his recognition for what he’s done for this club must not go unnoticed, taking the club from the depths of league 2 from the brink of extinction on minus 17 points all the way to 9th in the Premier League, this achievement with little resources is truly astonishing, unfortunately as of 2019/20 season we were relegated to the championship however this does not hamper the work he has put into this club which he should be recognised for, not only has he given the fans amazing experiences but also the players that have played under him have been able to flourish and grow, therefore to have his legacy not go unnoticed for generations to come I propose that a statue of Eddie Howe is built outside of the vitality stadium showing commitment, passion and belief, but most of all determination and togetherness! As the man who truly put AFC Bournemouth on the map! Without him nothing would have been possible! I was lucky enough to witness a lot of the great moments Eddie did for this town and the club and that will stay with me forever, we may be a small club but everyone connected has big hearts and that is mainly down to you, Eddie Howe
