We are just a tiny part of the Boston public school system, but we will be their voice. The covid outbreaks have been at an all time high in recent weeks, and everything we're doing currently isn't helping. Children and staff are being infected at an increasing rate. Many parents are debating whether to keep their children in school or not. We have a shortage of teachers to teach the students due to the outbreak. Students' attendance is poor because they do not feel comfortable with cases rising. Let's get this under control before things worsen. We understand that our city government does not want schools to close, therefore let us work together to find a reasonable compromise. Let's have school in person three days a week and on zoom the other two. Our health comes first.
