Michelle Diaz started this petition to Boston Mayor

During this Pandemic, the hardest hit city of Chelsea, Revere, and Lynn filled with struggling hard working Hispanic and black communities has seen a decrease in Jobs, home displacement ,  and family deaths and illnesses. Our communities have suffered such a traumatic loss and displacement and have no means of ENOUGH city program support. Not enough funding to keep children in homes where evictions are prominent , or families safe from Job loss, and cut hours as well as a secure means of financial stability. The long waits for CITY FUNDING ARE adding the burden of families being displaced. Me being one of them , I hear the cries of many. Lotteries are not getting to the Most urgent Mothers or Elders in need.

THERE is a serious lack of attention to students stressing hours at their part time jobs, die to increase in demand by families to stay afloat. These city funding programs are not doing enough and STATE AND FEDERAL PROGRAMS are allocating funds to the wrong cities showing Big racial injustice and leaving thousands to resource to Crime and desperate measures. And leaving teenagers to take up Adult like hours and burden their education in doing so.

This has got to stop and by God I desire to be a voice for our people.
