As you may be aware Stagecoach is on strike for a pay rise, Nigel Winter the director for Stagecoach, refuses to listen or meet with the union to discuss the current situation. 

Through this global pandemic we have all suffered enough emotional, mental and financial strains, and throughout this pandemic the bus drivers were there to ensure we were able to get where we needed to be when it was essential we needed to travel. 

Nigel Winter is making this a personal matter and not professional, and by ignoring the workforce and the union reps; Nigel Winter is determined to win at what ever cost that may be, even at the expense of the passengers and drivers. Nigel Winter is putting profit before everything that comes his way. 

This is having a great impact on every aspect of peoples daily lives, People rely on the bus service to provide care to loved ones, to get to work to provide for their families, to purchase their groceries and more importantly the next generation our children are being affected as winter approaches the nights are drawing in and our children are waiting longer for different busses to collect them, all this disruption because Nigel Winter refuses to step up to the negotiating table.
