Some LGA workers in Borno state had got promoted for like 3 times since 2011 but they are still stagnant at one amount of salary for over a decade. And those who retired from the LGA service area not getting their pensions or not captured on the pension payroll as at due time. The state govt has promise to implement it for numerous times but nothing was done so far. The state Governor should honor his pledge. We are currently experiencing a worst form of extremist insurgency and poverty is the main cause not religious teachings.
