As a victim myself, I understand just how pointless it is to take the perpetrators to court to get justice. The pain I would have to endure for them to only get a short sentence & out on good behaviour does not make it worth while!

They have given me a life sentence, where is the justice in this?? I know I am not alone with this & think its about time the sentencing for these people were looked at & changed to a much stronger sentence!

I suffer from PTSD & have had eye movement therapy to try help me with this. My children have suffered with my mental health! It doesn't just stop there, those around me having to watch the loss I face, jobs I have lost because I've been triggered by a smell, a word or a sound. Flashbacks, nightmares! This is the tip of the iceberg!

Some victims aren't strong enough to get through life & wind up taking their own to end their pain. This has a backlash on all of their family & friends! Why are the victims the ones who come off much worse than those doing the crimes??

Please help us take a stand & make a change! If we dont take a stance together, they will continue to do this to others.
