Children are being taken, In the middle of the night by police officers, enforced by the uk courts. These children have a happy, safe and loving home with their mothers, and are not at any risk, but bitter fathers are using the court system In their favour. More often than not, these judges are MEN.

It has been reported in dispatches, that two children were taken from their beds at midnight by police officers to go and live with their dad because the Children had refused to see their father. The court ordered that if the children ran away and back to the mother that she will be arrested and imprisoned!!

We have to start listening to our children!!

They should have a say In their own life. Fathers are not always good for the child.

There are gagging orders on mother’s from speaking out. They are threatened with being arrested if they go public with their story.

This needs to stop.

It is barbaric, and toxic to any child living through this.

Mother’s are being accused of parental alienation against the father. No one ever stops to think about how the father is acting. They can pick and choose when they want to see their children a lot of the time, and as a child gets older and starts to realise and make their own decisions, it’s somehow the mothers fault.

I absolutely agree that a child needs both parents, if both parents are a solid, stable and a loving influence on the child’s life. But the family courts need to overhaul their practises. They need to stop using “experts” who are drawing their conclusions from “studies” that are not adequate,  and listen more to the family involved.

Frankly, there is no evidence to support forcible removals taking place in cases like parental alienation. Not that shows, positively that it can create the change that judges and professionals expect.
