To many children have been hurt and killed because social services did not step up to care for these children. If a child is hurt or killed/ murdered when the social services ignored the signs and deemed the child safe with a so called wellness check, they should be arrested and held accountable for there ignorance. As if they had did something put into action the child would of been safe.
