On Thursday 1st July 2021 I was assaulted by a male officer from the Metropolitan Police. Believe it or not, I had made the call due to needing protection from assault and rather than help me, they arrested and beat me. Then then kept me in cells for 24 hours and made me wait 6 hours for some pain killers that I was crying for multiple times over the hours due to the brutality of the police force I had endured the day before hand. These are not all of the injuries sustained. This NEEDS TO STOP. Something NEEDS TO BE DONE. END POLICE BRUTALITY ONCE AND FOR ALL. To think they know I suffer from at least six mental health issues (all diagnosed by a widely recognised psychiatrist) and this is how they treated me, for trying to defend myself against 3 male officers and one female. This is 2021. This sort of behaviour SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED IN OUR SOCIETY BY ANYONE. Whoever you are. We MUST NOT SUFFER IN SILENCE. I have been conditionally bailed and will have to attend a court hearing on 29th July 2021 to fight my case even though I was the one who was wronged. Makes me sick.
