I have been frequently on the phone to Rspca to help a poor dog who’s chained up for hours in heat and freezing cold no shelter and then locked in a cage in front porch.
The law always dogs to be chained up, we need to change this and to bring in a law to protect them from mans cruel hand of cruelty.
together we can do this. Please please let add a little happiness to our fur friends and make their lives worth living.
