Why this petition matters

Started by Kellie Griffin

Boris Johnson has just announced that schools, colleges and universities must close to slow the spreadof COVID-19. But early years settings should stay fully open. By this logic a two year old for example can still go to nursery. Even though their school aged sibling stays at home. Nurseries should only be open to children of key workers-in other words those that require childcare. Just like the lockdown last year. Please sign to help protect, staff and children at early years settings, and key working parents such as NHS workers.
