The Guardian reported yesterday that No. 10 has refused to release the Parliamentary Intelligence and Security Committee's 50 page report into Russian meddling with UK democracy before parliament is dissolved tomorrow for the election: https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2019/nov/04/no-10-blocks-russia-eu-referendum-report-until-after-election 

The report was cleared and sent to No. 10 for signature on 17 October - nearly 3 weeks ago.

No good reason for not letting the public see the report before the election has been given. The public are entitled to see this document.
