Is it time?

Paul’s Law.

I guess people call it a name after someone is dead.

This is not the case he is still living, just about.

i have been talking to him for a while now and I see a human who is lost.

Many causes have put him on the streets sleeping rough and having mental health.

I think one of the biggest issues what get’s them in a viscous circle is purchasing alcohol pretty much anytime and this is not just for Paul.

I am finding it hard watching people who serve Paul and the many at any time of day have no heart or compassion.

Maybe a strict ban of sale of alcohol could be adjusted or even go that far banning shopkeepers and supermarkets feeding there habit.

It may only help a little but I’m pretty sure Paul’s law would prevent situations getting out of control and I and in time hopefully Paul would recover and be honoured to have the title Paul’s Law.

He would probably disown me for a while but I rather that seeing him in despair daily.
