With the current COVID 19 pandemic in full swing, as a country we are recognising the value of the NHS and it’s amazing workers. 

With poor pay rises over recent years and changes to their pensions, it’s time we reward our amazing NHS staff with decent pay rises. The first should equal if not better the recent 3.1% awarded to our MP’s. 

So this petition has been created so that the general public can send a clear message to the Government, demanding that our amazing NHS staff are given a minimum pay rise of 3.1% with immediate effect. (Back dated to 01/04/2020) and then guaranteed pay rises every year for the next 10 years matching or bettering the rate of inflation. 

Our NHS work so hard for us they deserve recognition and need to be rewarded in their pay packets.
