Alot of us are aware that mental health problems are a big issue right now in the UK and other countries. Our children aren't educated about the affects of mental health problems early on and i believe it should be a mandatory subject taught in schools. Covering subjects such as Anxiety, Depression, Bullying, Self harm, Eating Disorders, Stress and Addiction. As social media has created alot of pressure for children and adults to look and act a certain way, i believe that this has increased mental health problems. Children aren't getting the knowledge about mental health problems until they already have them. Please help our future generations by making mental health a mandatory subject in schools. 

Poor Mental health effects our mind and our bodies. It can also effect concentration levels and therefore can have a negative effect on childrens grades at school. 

We have gone a long way with the mental health system over the years but i feel like its not enough. Too many people now are seeking desperate measures to overcome their mental health problems. The statistics of people with Depression, Addiction and stress levels are increasing. Aswell as being diagnosed with chronic illnesses due to poor mental health. Help me and others to help our children and our future generations.
