On April 23rd my innocent little sister, Charmaine O'Donnell,  was murdered by a complete stranger while out having fun with her friend. The culprit is currently out on bail for this offence. The system is, in my opinion, a complete and utter joke!!! I can't even get bail for a breach and he's on bail for murder? I want proper justice for my sister and for all other families who have or are suffering like ours. He didn't only murder Charmaine � he murdered all of us too, as our lives will never be the same again � if you kill someone it should mean life IMO. Not a joke of a sentence like 15 years etc which isn't even a quarter of a life � a WHOLE LIFE TERM FOR TAKING A LIFE� I want a change in the law to reflect this like some states in America and other countries which value lives. Why should someone who has taken a life ever be free to roam the streets and re-offend and put more lives at risk? We had the right idea years ago before we went soft!!! The system is flawed. Nothing will ever bring my beautiful wee sister back, all we want as a family is proper justice.  A life sentence for the monster that killed my baby sister ��� let's get as many signatures as possible and hopefully get some change. Too many families have suffered the loss of a loved one and then had to go through knowing the one who took their loved ones life will walk the streets again. I don't want anyone else to have to suffer what we're going through. Thanks.
