As part of an Intelligent Lockdown, let us open all Garden Centres again 

The change will provide great pleasure to a large proportion of the population who are currently in isolation. To be outside will improve our mental health and help us cope with the negative effects of the lockdown.

It will avoid the loss of the Garden Centres' inventory of plants and flowers and thus avert the ruin of many small businesses.

It is perfectly possible to apply social distancing in a garden centre (in fact much easier than in a DIY shop)

It saves another branch of economic activity. The more we can conserve the economy, the better off we will be when these Coronavirus days will be over
