Yoga studios are a huge benefit for users mental health as well as physical. There are Numerous and varied studies that show how yoga can be a great boost to the immune system and releases endorphins which can prevent stress and a chain of mental illnesses. In such a stressful time people need a viable way to connect and distress.

we ask you to allow us to be classed as essential, we are operating in a safe and controlled manner and will continue the stringent cleaning and not sharing equipment as long as the evidence supports.
