Every year I see and hear people complaining about noisy fireworks causing a nuisance, scaring pets and soldiers/veterans because of the noise. This was debated last year I believe which they said they would not ban the sale of fireworks to the general public so let's compromise and change the type sold to silent ones. Animals as you know have far superior hearing to our own so what we hear is multiplied many times. Soldiers and veterans who have served in war zones may have came under fire by the enemy and the noise of fireworks may cause severe flashbacks.
