So after reading horror story after horror story in the search for help and assistance  and seeing that the result of the action csa has caused ( people left to live in cars or on the street) csa creating false arrears amounting to thousands applying attachment of earnings with a 20% fee on top also calculating csa payments and not taking in to accould the tax or ni to be taken out of the total sum before the nrp receives the money in some cases £100+ per week in tax and ni that csa seem to think it's our own choice to pay in result they see that as part of our disposalable income also they will take the word of the rp with no proof needed then totally disregard  the information from the other party in the situation the powers that be need to se that this is causing hardship forcing lots of people to live on the streets along with losing everything they have worked hard to build for their current families (ofcourse I'm not saying that they should not pay their way ) but it should be somthing more suitablealy capped leaving nrp with the breathing space to be able to sustain a comfortable way of life with out feeling like the are losing everything due to a vicious ex partner  please please help get this to the powers that be to get this changes asap they is enough hardship in the country let's all work together and sort this out once and for all
