With the US Assassination of Qasim Soleimani, it is evident that tensions are rising between the United States and Iran. Considering the fact that the assassination was proceeded without Congressional approval which is in direct violation of the US Constitution, more importantly, President Trump's failure to notify the French, British and German Government is evidence of his recklessness.

Dominic Raab offered a public statement saying that "conflict with Iran is in none of our interests", but the British public fears that we will be pulled into another war, mainly because we are a part of NATO. This will further destabilize the Middle East and the cost of innocent lives of Iranian's and Iraqis will be inevitable should the UK Government proceed with any military action.

We, the British public, urge the Prime Minister to stand up to the reckless behaviour of President Trump and distance ourselves away from any military action the US is involved with. We have seen the effects of the Iraq War, we should learn from our mistakes and not have any more blood on our hands.
