We would like the government to address the issue of dishonest Personal independent payment and LCWRA assessors and decision makers lying and making false and incorrect statements and reports about claimants. Consistently reporting false information and blatantly contradicting themselves and claimants in their reports. There are thousands of claimants who repeatedly have to undergo Mandatory reconsiderations and Tribunal appeals purely because the information they have provided to assessors has been changed and misreporting deliberately in order to not award the claimants the points they are entitled to. This adds further stress to claimants. Thus adding to their already troubling conditions. Stress as we no can severely impact a person's emotional and physical health. And therefore this blatant dishonest practise of the DWP amount to no less than Assault and GBH on the claimants. 

So today we bring forward this petition. What we would like to achieve is that ANY assessor who is found to have given false or incorrect information on a claimants report should be held fully accountable. The severest of cases where it has caused emotional or physical harm, for example the added stress causing a claimants illness to become worse, should be brought before a criminal proceedings. The simple fact is that It is a criminal offense for a claimant to give false information on their claims, so the same should apply to the assessors and decision makers.
