I am currently working in a small, independently owned business in Kings Cross London. We are a little bit off the beaten track of Soho or other busy areas & although we are very greatful for all the support the government has provided us with throughout recent times; yesterday on my walk home from work I left an empty Restaurant/Bar and walked down the street to see the Big fast food chains such as Nandos & Mcdonalds thriving with their customers taking advantage of the Eat Out To Help Out Scheme. Although this scheme is a great idea I think it should be extended for smaller independent businesses through September to help them succeed and to remain open without anymore job losses. We have been going for over 28 years and wish to continue serving our community.
