The need for dog wardens is great and to pay for them we need to reinstall dog licences, anyone who likes dogs knows why we have a need for dog wardens, policing parks and places where dog walkers go, fines for people who  let their dogs foul an area, and let their dogs roam free to frighten other dogs and owners. And to enforce the law.
