Arthur Labinjo-Hughes. You will always remember his name and the horrific abuse he suffered at the hands of people who should have been protecting him, loving him unconditionally and giving him the best chance to have a bright and hopeful future. 

Currently in the UK, child abuse cases heavily rely on photographic evidence in order to assist with helping children. The time for change is now, more help is required to help all children of neglect, more is needed to ensure relevant authorities have access to see and speak to vulnerable children. The words of abusive parents cannot be taken as enough! 

The Government need to ensure that the law is changed to allow relevant authorities to allow them to ensure a child is safe and well. Let’s get Arthur’s name heard, like so many other before him. The time is now to make a change for the future.
