Booking.com has got into a habit of claiming commissions for reservations that guest never stayed at the property and host has not received any benefit. After informing the Booking.com about the fact guest never stayed at the property and the host has not received any income for reservation, the Booking.com continues to insist to pay commissions for benefit clearly they have not provided. If you don't pay, your property is shut down in their marketplace for non payment. With its monopoly status in EU, the Booking.com gets by with this unlawful practice that I am seeking to put an end.
