Thousands of agency workers are currently under the health and social care category considering when how much agency workers bail out industries even at short notice when industries are short staffed due to the crisis of care staff today we work just as hard as any other support/care worker out there! 

we are still having to go care homes, children  residential homes even domiciliary care is classed under agencies which are still zero hours which is under the category! 

I do think all agency workers should be entitled to the carers bonus 2022 as we are still classed as support workers and work hard and sometimes even have to drop plans at the last minute to help out we shouldn’t be forgotten just because we are agency workers and we are still registered under the health and social care Wales!
