Bonifay, Florida. The center of the Bible Belt. I cannot say how often my TEACHERS have shown their dislike for any pride at all. Especially Mr. Bagget, the principal of HCHS. He has already declared LGBTQIA+ pride "against the code of conduct" due to controversy. It is in my plans to get the town of Bonifay to fly the progress flag at their town hall and schools! As a transfeminine student of HCHS, I have fallen under major prejudice and hate-related bullying has just been pushed aside by teachers. By flying this flag, it shows a sense of alliance with the spectrum. Please help me make this a reality. We need to get this region to show acceptance of who we are. If we pull this off, we can spread to other schools and towns. But I cannot do this without the help of everyone. Please! We can change the world! We just need to stand up for our chance!
