What was once an iconic part of American life is losing its allure. The loss of volunteers would mean the loss of service overall. This domino effect has to stop if not everyone will be affected.

I am signing because no one should have to pay for a private ambulance service and the first aid squad helps many people.

They have help and saved the lives of my family, friends and loved ones. On numerous occasions. Please do the right thing just like you say you want to make a better Bogota, losing them is a wrong move in this direction you talk about.

This action was done first for personal reasons and detestation of one individual and not for the good of the Borough. It was done illegally without correct notification to the organization as stated in the ordinance.

I believe the town should work with the Bogota Volunteer First Aid Squad to figure out a solution that benefits the town and its volunteers.

I have been a resident of Bogota for 43 years and have had to use the ambulance twice for my two girls when they were little. Thank God for them. I would not have been able to afford the ambulance without them. May they always be there for citizens who need them.

I guess we can go to a town council meeting and voice our concerns?
