Based on what happened on 4th March it's now clear that our Boda Boda Riders have mental health issues . A normal human being can't act Savage like they acted with the woman in the viral video. A safe society is a healthy mental health society . Therefore to ensure that such incidents to occur again , mental health counseling should be made mandatory for all Boda Boda Riders.
