We, the residents of College Green, call on the Board to do two things:

1. Replace Kacoa, the lawncare company that has been woefully substandard this entire year.

2. Hold new elections for the Board so we can replace those members who no longer choose to fulfill their duties.

The Village of College Green subdivision has had substandard lawn care in 2021. Lawns have been unmowed or partially mowed each week, no treatment was done for weeds or removal of weeds that have grown, and piles of brush have been seen in multiple places around the bike paths. Edging of the garden areas was not done as it has been in every previous year. And even when mowing was done, grass clippings and leaves are left all throughout the yards.

Our Homeowners Association Board has been silent about these problems, due to the fact that we have not had a board meeting since May. Meetings have been scheduled and announced, but all of them have been cancelled because not enough board members attended to have a quorum. Complaints have been made by many residents to PSI, our property management company, but they do not have the power to act without board approval, creating a vicious cycle of inactivity.

Our Board has at least one member who no longer owns property in College Green, and has members who are personal friends with the landscaping company's leadership, leading to a conflict of interest.

The subdivision has other issues other than landscaping as well, including safety issues related to the bike path that were called out by our insurance company as immediate needs (this was brought up on a board call from last year during the public portion).
