Kelsay is a special needs middle schooler, who is not able to speak. Recently her family was notified of physical abuse going on in her classroom by the teacher. Other special needs children in the classroom were also being mistreated. There are actions in the process of taking place, but this petition is an add on.

It is my goal to make it manditory for ALL special needs classrooms to have video cameras in the classroom.

Kelsay does not have a voice so WE are her voice. Please don't let this issue go unnoticed.
