Mrs. Jyotika Malkani Madam as Administrator or Coordinator for Jai Hind High School and Junior college for 5 years after her retirement as Principal  

 Few points to look at.

1.      With her kind efforts school has achieved 100 % success bench mark for the last 5 consecutive years and continuing.

2.      She has sound command on other non-educational activities like – Sports. Health. Hygine. Cleanliness. Helping the weaker section of the society in all terms.

3.      She has always given first preference to school even on her official holidays keeping her domestic issues aside.

4.      Mrs. Jyotika Malkani Madam has good hold on the entire institute and is aware of the current issues and remediation to fix those.

5.      She has good contacts in an around Pimpri – Chinchwad who are instantly available to help the institute on her single call.  

6.      Looking at the changes she has brought in the school, Jai Hind High School stands one of the Best Schools in and around Pune

7.      She has not received any personal escalation especially on her Work Style.

8.      Teaching Staff / Non-teaching Staff and Parents all are satisfied with her working pattern.

9.      Lastly, she has not been involved in any malpractices in her whole career and has been doing her duties with utmost honesty and sincerity.
