So basically this petition is being made for the sake of UCYC staff members & their mental state. The light blue shirt is physically straining & very limited. It is a safety issue because the staff are often working in elevated positions with their shirts blending into the vast Arizona skies. Subsequently, it gives the appearance of bodiless heads, this can lead to emotionally traumatizing scores of children (adults are not excluded). The font on the shirt which light grey is difficult to make out. The font should be black & bold for the many dyslexic people of the world. The staff members need to have variety & bold colors. This is so people do not mistake a person at the camp for a staff member or mistaking the staff member as a part of the sky.
