Board House Petition

For decades, Jamaicans have been fed lies, as to why an enjoyed past-time and plant of our soil; criminalise our youths and force them to spend much of their lives in prison. This is ludacris treatment for people of all societies where WEED is still ILLEGAL; given that the properties of this plant could garner insurmountable economic benefits for the Jamaican people.

Over 20,000 by-products, can be made from the hemp/marijuana/cannabis plant and not to mention the tax benefits that an already starving Jamaican government needs. AS, we are now taxing vegetables, meats and patties to ease our economic burden; why not legalise and tax a plant that is already seeped into our culture to help build our culture. Illegal surley is not working so let us try legal!!!

A regulated marijuana industry could bring the necessary economic relief that Jamaicans have been searching for.  Jamaicans are creative by nature so imagine what we could do with a plant which makes durable long lasting flame resistant WOOD. This one by-product of hemp is an absolute need in our nation of BOARD HOUSES!

Letter to
Office of the Prime Minister, Jamaica Jamaican Government
I just signed the following petition addressed to: The Jamaican Government.

For decades US; Jamaicans, have been fed lies as to why an enjoyed past-time/plant forces our youths to spend their lives in prison, when the properties of this plant could garner insurmountable economic benefits.

With over 20,000 by-products, not to mention the tax benefits an already starving Jamaican government could derive; legalizing the hemp plant could save the nation. We are now taxing vegetables, meats and patties to ease our economic burden; so why not legalize and tax a plant that is already seeped into our culture to try an build our culture. Since, illegal isn't working, lets try legal!!!

A legally regulated marijuana industry could bring the necessary economic relief that Jamaicans have been longing for. Jamaicans are creative by nature, so imagine what Jamaica could do with a plant which can make durable long lasting flame resistant board. For me, this is an absolute need in a nation of board houses!
