In the year 2021, when you pay for LTE service and have the most advanced phone technology. You consistently experience dropped phone calls in areas, most of which have existed from the beginning of the mass Cellular service in Trinidad and Tobago, around the year 2000 (approx. 21yrs).

You deserve to get the service that you pay for at all times. However your calls are guaranteed to drop, at Chaguanas Flyover, Gasparillo Flyover and Tarouba Fly over, just to name a few. I daresay the service surrounding these areas are extremely poor as well and I am certain you can name many more areas.

If unfortunately you have an accident or vehicle trouble in these areas, you are left to the elements. Imagine your loved one in this desperate situation with no means of communication.
