Dissatisfaction with the MHC608 - GBM907 Business Ethics Unit

In Term 2 of this year we were compelled to enrol in the Business Ethics class as it was a mandatory subject for obtaining a Masters degree in Hotel Management and Global Business.
We had a new professor, Dr Kenney, teaching this course whose erratic, loosely structured lectures created a great deal of confusion and anxiety among all the students. She taught us something completely different from what was suggested by the course outline and despite repeated concerns raised by the students, no steps were taken to address this issue save for the final week of course lectures. As a result, it can be stated that we were delivered a sufficient or coherent syllabus - much less to what is to be expected of an advanced degree.
Our disappointment has been further compounded by the claims made by BMIHMS in the first paragraph on the front page of their website as to its being "..the leading hotel school for hospitality education."
Obviously, BMIHMS are in breach of their fiduciary duties to students who undertook the Business Ethics course in Term 2 2017. In order to resolve this issue, students are looking for the reimbursement of the fee for this subject.
