Dear BMG and other Record Companies,
Every time Kylie Minogue (and other artists) release new works, a large volume of the stock is swiped up by touts and re-sold on sites such as eBay before genuine fans who collect vinyl and CDs get the chance to buy them.
This petition is to ask you to adequately forecast and to sustainably produce decent stock volumes for global stars such as Kylie and to ensure that the product is globally available.
