We live in a Lake Community that has a beautiful Lake that is approximately 466 acres, so its perfect for family fun and fishing.  Our Board Members, Employees and Water Department personnel are completely corrupt.  There is the US vs. Them mentality.  They have used their positions to misappropriate thousand upon thousands of dollars and have not been putting money back into the Sewer and Water Treatment Plant for upkeep.  This has resulted in a system that cannot do what is supposed to do and they have been dumping Solid Waste, Sludge, Chemicals and Metals into Alvarado Lake, which is owned by the City of Alvarado, Texas.  They have been doing if for years.  They use Selective Enforcement tactics to harass and shut down any Property Owner Members who oppose them. They all need to be removed and we need a Property Management Company to come in, which is not as expensive as some people think to run our P.O.A., and have a Forensic Audit done of the Books for all three (3) of our 501(C)3, entities (P.O.A., SEWER & WATER, AND VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT).  They have raised our Water Rates, so that we are one of the most expensive in North Texas, as they need to make as much as they can to provide them with funding for the Legal battle they fear is coming, which will expose them all.  They even created a For Profit Company, "Blue Water Oaks Water and Sewer LLC," in complete secrecy, without a peep to the Membership, for the purpose of funding it and paying themselves salaries and making it easier to funnel money out of the non-profit, and into their pockets.
