Because the ice age baby is terrifying and multiple people hate it. I like the idea of the baby but I hate that… thing. Just create a different child or baby with the same ethnicity/culture but change that football head, 3 pieces of hair lookin thing, and for goodness sake give it good teeth AT LEAST.
