It was a gorgeous Sunday morning.  I woke up famished.  As always, I decided to go to one of my favorite places to get food, the Freehouse. I sat down, ready to order my go-to meal, the beef stroganoff. A staple of North Loop.  As I eagerly awaited my savory, creamy, pleasure in a bowl, the timid server came back with the news nobody wants to hear.  “Sorry sir, we took that off of the menu.”  To my surprise, I though the server was kidding.  No way can  an establishment take their most popular and beloved item off of a menu.  I think I cried more than I did when my daughter was born; but these weren’t tears of joy.  They were tears of hurt.  Please join me in asking, no demanding that Blue Plate Management makes the reasonable and responsible decision of bringing back the beloved beef stroganoff.  North loop  depends on it.
