We the people, of Jackson County, MO in and around Blue Springs MO, Grain Valley MO, and Lee's Summit MO want you, Blue Springs City Council to put a stop to a large development that has been proposed near Wyatt Rd and Litchford Roads. You can view the property in question here...

We, the people, DO NOT WANT large subdivisions built(200+) between farm land and large residential acreage areas. We want to remain private, without any additional noise, road traffic, or large crowds of people mixed into our private estates. We spend a ton of money to maintain our estates/acreage and there is no business building a 200+ building complex. This is not the right thing to do in this area; build this closer to town where the city amenities are. Additionally, the roads cannot handle the traffic it already has in addition that we do not want to be made into a huge community. 

Lets talk about how we can use the land to maintain our wildlife in the area without a huge community development. Add more large estate lots. WE DO NOT WANT TOWNHOMES/APARTMENTS!

KEEP OUR PRIVACY, DENY THIS DEVELOPMENT AND LET THEM GO ELSEWHERE!!!
